"Jury Selection in the Era of Tort Reform," by Lois Heaney, is a free article offered by the National Jury Project, a trial consulting firm. These days, when potential jurors are exposed to constant media coverage about tort reform, both plaintiff and defense should be prepared to deal with tort reform issues during voir dire.
For the plaintiff, this is especially important. "Recognizing and Dealing with Juror Bias in Voir Dire" is an article written specifically for the plaintiffs' lawyer. It's available for free from the Ogborn, Summerlin & Ogborn firm.
