Trial Blogging After-the-Fact

In my post "Trial Blogging," I wrote, "I’m aware of at least one blogger who has posted a blow-by-blow account of a trial, but only after it happened."

I was speaking of The Uncivil Litigator, who has been writing a series of posts about his first jury trial. The most recent entry--The First Witness--includes links to all the prior posts. Although the series isn't finished, I wanted to mention it here in connection with "trial blogging." I'll post an update when further posts in the series appear.

UPDATE: UCL has completed his series of posts with Chapter 7, 8, and the Conclusion.
