    A Jury Selection War Story

You don't see too many jury-selection war stories. This one by Beldar of BeldarBlog proves the inverse of H.L. Mencken's dictum, "There are no dull subjects. There are only dull writers."

To put it another way, though the topic might be dull, Beldar makes it interesting. His post gives a good sense of the way a skilled advocate can use jury selection to foreshadow the themes of his case.
