Appellate Law & Practice is a group blog "devoted to appellate law that will provide case summaries and tips on appellate advocacy."
So far, there are more case summaries than tips, but case summaries are important too. Link from Crime & Federalism.

We are working at providing more tips. However, we want to shy away from preachy "tips" like "only make your best arguments" or "proofread." If you are interested in covering a circuit and proving tips,(I think one or two are still uncovered) drop us an email.
