Although I have mentioned tort reform in passing from time to time on this weblog, usually I don't; this weblog is a space for litigators to talk about litigation, divorced from the messy policy questions batted back and forth between tort reformers and their opponents.
I do think these questions are important, however, and I often cover them on my other weblog, Notes from the (Legal) Underground. A collection of tort-reform posts can be found in that weblog's "tort reform" category.
