In most cases, the only contracts that trial lawyers draft are at the beginning and end of every case: representation agreements and settlement agreements. But even then, they might need help with their drafting style. That's why I recommend a recent post by Dennis Kennedy: "A Manual of Style of Contract Drafting." Read it and you can't go wrong.
