The 'Lectric Law Library's med-mal section has a lot of ads, but it also has some articles that might be of interest to some, including these:
- Direct Examination of Medical Experts: A Checklist
- Preparing the Plaintiff's Medical Expert Witness for Trial
- Medical Experts & Establishing Standards of Care in Malpractice Cases
The first two articles purport to be "excerpted" from Michie publications.

And the last article is from http://plague.law.umkc.edu/ (which is no longer available, save through archive.org).
LectLaw brings to mind some of the arguments presented about copyright, and how it can take valuable material out of circulation even where that material has no remaining market value or is otherwise unavailable. Of course, I'm speaking more of the UMKC content (and other content seemingly "borrowed" by LectLaw) than of the Michie content....
