The ABA Section of Litigation has started an RSS feed called "Online Resources for Litigation." You can read it directly from the link or by using a feed reader such as Bloglines. Here are some recent entries:
- Blackberry users: What does the Court's ruling mean for you?
- Method acting for lawyers;
- What's on the mind of litigators?
- From ADR to Products Liability: Program Materials.
Some of the resources highlighted in the feed are available only to members of the Section of Litigation, but this isn't true of most of them.
I am glad many of the resources are free because I have decided not to renew my ABA membership. The organization is too partisan on issues I wish not to support.
