This weblog began on January 2, 2004, with a post titled "Technology and Opening Statements," followed the next day by "Legal Writing: Some Free Advice."
Since then, I've done more than 580 posts, always making sure to put each one into one or more of the "categories" that appear on the left side of the weblog.
Categories are like chapters in the book and offer the best way to navigate the old posts. Here are some examples of categories that will take you to collections of posts on this weblog:
All the other categories are on the left side of every page, and include (in the order in which they appear) appeal, books, class actions, closing argument, courtroom tech, cross-examination, current affairs, damages, direct examination, evidence, experts, instructions, law online, legal writing, mediation/arbitration, miscellaneous, opening statement, pleadings, requests for admissions, settlement, voir dire, weblogs, and web/tech.
Another way to find posts that have scrolled off the front page is with the "search" function, which is also on the left side of the weblog.
Man, I wish that it was possible to link your blawg onto "My Yahoo" page as I have done lately with so many other law blawgs. It sure makes it easier to remember to check out my favorite blawgs everyday when they are all delivered to one place. I am thinking of canceling my newspaper subsciption; everything I really want to read now is on "My Yahoo" page. Please make it possible to create that link. Thanks for your consideration.
