From Jeff Richardson at iPhone J.D.: "Improved Fastcase for iPad, iPhone"--
I've raved in the past about Fastcase, a must-have app for any lawyer using an iPhone. The app allows you to search and access caselaw and statutes on your iPhone, for free. Up until now, you could use the app on an iPad in expanded screen mode, but today Fastcase is releasing a new version of the app that runs natively on the iPad to take full advantage of the large screen and which also runs even better on the iPhone.
As of this moment, the new version of the Fastcase application isn't up at the iTunes App Store, but it should be soon.

Why not just use Google Scholar- from what I can tell it's faster and easier to use.
